Show a fly message after UpdateProgress?

Hi all
I want to show a confirmation message after user does something.I had a fly
message that worked well .After using Ajax and UpdateProgress the message
doesn't work.
How can I show a fly message after completing UpdateProgress?

fly message a message that changes it's position according to page's
scroll.

It worked well before but after using UpdateProgress and UpdatePanel it
dosen't work.
