Simple issue tracker? Wiki?

We're a two person dev team with a handful of 'testers' that help us out.

I'm looking for a simple issue tracker. I don't really want a full blown
help desk/bug tracking system, but rather a simple one. I'm thinking a wiki
might be a good tool for this.

Really, it's just a place for a few of us to jot our notes in a central
location. If we have a list of bugs, it likely won't need to be anything
more complex than a bulleted list of to-dos, hence the thought that a WIKI
would work.

So, anyone have a favorite .net-flavored WIKI or super-simple issue tracker
or even to-do list engine?

OpenWiki seems OK, but doesn't appear to have been updated in several years.
FlexWiki is also OK, but I'm not keen on the editing interface.

Perspective [1,2] has looked real good to me -- considering what we have to
choose from with .net options -- so I'm leaning towards implementing
MediaWiki [3] which Wikipedia has been built on but I don't know squat about
PHP and I'm worried I may not be able to support it.

The point is, any wikis developed using .net seem to pale in comparison and
when I have to worry about stuff like this I start to worry about my entire
world view if you know what I mean.

Ha! We don't always agree, Clinton, but I know what you're saying!

In the age of 'web2.0' it is frustrating being a .net developer. Most of the
'cool stuff' is exclipsing us at a rapid pace. The 'cool' stuff is nothign
special, but developers jump on and there are some great OS alternatives out
there.

Sooner or later we'll convince the guys downstairs to support a linux box
for us. Until then, yea, for things like WIKIs, it seems like slim pickings.
