Simple Task Managing Tool with Export function for Eclipse

Hi,

Does somebody know a way to export created Tasks from eclipse, possibly
in HTML format to put on a webpage?? I tried out some Eclipse Plugins,
and also the standard Task-list in eclipse that are created out of
"TODO" tags.. but I didn't find a way to export the list.

Can somebody help me or give me suggestions of good tools. For example
to create task lists like the one I found on this page:

I tried also to install "maven", but I have problems running it.
When I click on "Maven/Run Maven" a error pops up saying: "An internal
error occured during: "Launching""
