Site Check Please

I would like comments on this site please:
http://users.iafrica.com/m/mc/mcollett/SPS/Index.htm
It validates 4.01 strict.
Only the first two menu items are working ie Home and Jumping Castles.

I am an html newbie and this is my first attempt at a CSS layout. I want to
use these pages as the "template" for the remaining pages, but would like
some comments before proceeding.

First Impression
Comments on layout
Comments on the html
Comments on the css
Search Engine friendliness
etc

Thanks
Malcolm

IE6 800x600 Text-->'medium'

Looks OK.

You need to provide a mechanism for a screen-reader user to bypass the
main navigation column and go directly to the page menu. You should then
provide some mechanism to get back to the page menu from the end of the
various main content sections.

As you develop your content, be sure to run it through a
grammar/spell-checker so that you pick up the odd typo.

regards.

Looks just like every other site in the world that tried to be
accessible to all. If that is what you are looking for, then good job.
