I have a sitemap
<sitemap ...>
<siteMapNode url="aaaa.aspx" title="aaaa" />
<siteMapNode url="http://bbbb.com" title="bbbb" />
</sitemap>
The first one works well with form authorization. But the second one never
display. And I cannot add a location element in web.config since it must be a
relative virtual path...
