SOAP Error message

Hi,

I have a SOAP error message.
I have define method in SOAP admin tool and i can see it.
But When i tried to launch it from my PC in debug tool.
I have following error message, how can i resolve my problem.
I have tried with Tomcat4.1.30 standalone on AIX with JDK 1.3 . and
also on another server with Linux RHLE and Tomcat 4.1.30 and JDK 1.4.1
..

My Method is boolean doSomething(); and ds file Exist in server ?
