Socket flood - control XML packets when all received

Having a problem where the server socket receiving XML packets but can
be "half broken" as the port can be flooded with many request. Now
have to write some parser? or do an ack wait thing

It's asyncronious, no need to block but wondering how to write an
algorthim to receive packets until found the ending tag and process
it... What the best classes to get the xml streams and process when
found ending tag?
