If you have IE7 and VS 2005 you may notice that the style builder
window appears then disappers, this is an issue due to IE7, the below
explains how to fix it.
1. Add the following key to the registry
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_CSS_DATA_RESPECTS_XSS_ZONE_SETTING_KB912120
2. Under the key create a DWORD value of 0 named devenv.exe for VS or
vwdexpress.exe if you are running VWD.
I got this off the asp.net forums. it worked on my computer.
