  1. Sorry if posting in wrong place
My website provider has just added the following functions
" MySQL Add new databases and users to your MySQL account. Use phpMyAdmin to
    manage your tables."

Where can I learn the basics about PHP and MYSQL.. I have the basics of CGI
but that's about it. My site at present is very basic will these functions
    improve it?

    Thanks and merry Christmas

As good a place as any. There are, however, specialised PHP groups, which
cover mysql as well. Alt.php, com.lang.php and others.

google for php. First hit is http://ww.php.net where you will find
everything you need to know about php.

google for mysql. First hit is http://www.mysql.com where you will find
everything you need to know about mysql.

google for phpmyadmin. First hit is http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/
where you will find everything you need to know about phpmyadmin.

Not real hard, is it :)

You're just pissed because you have no reindeer on the bottom side of the
earth to bring santa to your house. You need to teach them roos to fly.
