SPICE netlist parser

Iam working on the data i get from the spice netlists for a particular ckt.
So, i wanted to know if there is a standard parser designed in the industry to do the parsing of the netlist operation, ??
or is it to developed by oneself if the data is to be used,,

hello,

i came across spice opus software..Optimisation is one of the important aspects of circuit design that neither SPICE nor any other circuit design
software by itself can support adequately. It provides linking SPICE to some other software to automate the optimisation process.


Is there any better option or a better software to do parsing job of a netlist and to add and modify the netlists.
