Spreadsheet::ParseExcel to find out if there is a Strikeout

I'm using Spreadsheet:arseExcel to read an excel spreadsheet and
generate an XML file out of it. I want to exclude the line items that
are Struck out in the spreadsheet. Can some one tell me what would be
the syntax for finding if a cell has "Strikeout"?
