SqlSiteMapProvider question for menu control

I need to translate thi control into vb.net code and i'm having a little
trouble.
(by the way, i love the example)
Specificly I'm not sure how to translate this statement:

Dictionary<int, SiteMapNode> nodes = new Dictionary<int, SiteMapNode> (16);
