    Greetings,

I'm trying to start a java application, but I get "Could not create the Java
    virtual machine" message.

My classpath is fine, my oracle_home is fine.

The app is on a Sun Solaris 8 and running against an Oracle db (8.1.7.4).

    Any insite?

    Thanks

Your JVM won't start unless everything else among its parameters is also
fine. Perhaps some details of what your command line looks like would
    help.
