I want to dive into .NET environment to develop some applications. I've
downloaded .NET Framework and the SDK.
Where do I start????

Use notepad and suffer.

Use Visual Studio .NET and pay good money, use VB (easier) and enjoy better support.

Use SharpDevelop, keep your money (0 $) and stick to c#

Advise,
If your complete new, choose c# + sharpdevelop (support open source)

Head on over to http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/express/ and download the VS
2005 Express Beta products. They're intended for people like you who want to
learn .NET.
