state mgmt issue

  1. Hi,
    I need to maintain state of few variables on my page,,,
    It's on the same page....

    Which is better suited in this situation?
    Session or viewstate.....

    please help me out........

  2. Assuming the information is just to be saved between postbacks to the same
    page, then ViewState is the best choice 99% of the time.
