Stream Video File

Discussion in 'HTML' started by Friedrich Schick, Feb 27, 2005.

  1. Hey,

I need to stream a video file using a standard web server. The video
file should be readable by a standard WindowsXP installation.
Is there a video (stream) codec avaiable to archieve this. I know flash
can do such things, what i need to know if there are any other solutions?

    Cheers,

    Schick

Windows Media encoding, note that WM is proprietary and available on a
    limited number of OSs only.
