struts: preloading actionmappings?

Hello,

I've edited the web.xml file for my struts application and changed the
load-on-startup parameter to 1 from 2 so that all my .do classes are
pre-loaded ... It seems to me that this is working however I'm not really
sure--I need someone to confirm that this is the way to do this.
