I'm new here, but I am evaluating Struts over a homegrown solution.
I need to know if I can separate a page into conceptual units, each
handled by it's own handler on the app server. Let's say I'm
collecting billing information and shipping information on the same
page. So when I submit, my handler collects the input and inserts
into the database. To make it so that having them on the same page is
optional, I write two handlers, one for billing information and one
for shipping. If they happen to be on the same page, then I want to
chain the handlers together. Is this possible in Struts? Or is there
only ever one handler that you can call per post.
I'm reading up on Struts right now and I just got started, so a push
in the right direction, ie, what to read about would be very helpful.
Thanks,
Scott
