stupid permissions issue

    i'm confused. managed to make a mess of my permissions.
    I want to be able to retrieve NT username but not have to have users enter
    in a username and password.
    What do i need to do?

    turn off anonymous access and enable integrated security on the IIS web

    For some reason this gives me a username and password box?
