SWF file with no border at all?

I have a jpg and a swf that are the same height. I actually enforce the
height so the two are the same. But the SWF file always seems to be a pixel
or two lower than the jog. And what's also annoying is that the background
    is peeking through.

Is there any way to make this not happen? And before people suggest I put an
absolute position on it, it's part of a user object so I won't know where it
is on the screen at all times.

    TIA - Jeff.
