    In some jave code I have this:

    dd.setQueryText("table0#-TNAME-#table0#:#[/Employees/Employee]#:#{firstName;STRING;/firstName},{lastName;STRING;/lastName},{jobTitle;STRING;/jobTitle}");

    Is the string in setQueryText a special XML notation and where can I find
    info on this?

    /Employees/Employee looks like XPath. But I can't recognize the rest.

    XPath (1.0) is specified here: http://www.w3.org/TR/xpath
