System.Diagnostics.Process program in bin folder

Hi,
If I make a command line program and stick it in the bin folder on a
shared web server, then run it from ASP.NET, does the process fall
under the usual ASP.NET worker process? Does the program share the
same time-out restrictions?

I need to run a program that may take 30mins to 60mins to complete.
What would you recommend? I REALLY long for a dedicated server...hehe
