System.UnauthorizedAccessException using impersonation

I'm using impersonation to do file IO in a c# .dll referenced by a web
app. It works about 99% of the time, but occasionally I get a
System.UnauthorizedAccessException when impersonation has succeeded.
Anyone have problems with this? Can it be related to the CLR IO thread
pool? Any other ideas?
