The site I'm working on has a table cell on the left with a repeating
background image. I want the cell on the left to have the same height
as the cell on the right. The cell on the right is dynamically sized
depending on the content, but the cell on the left is empty other than
the background image. I've tried sizing the height with HTML and CSS
to no avail. The code is included below. If you look at the code in a
browser you will see "dd". This is the cell that I want to extend all
the way to the bottom. Any help is greatly appreciated.
