TABS in ASP .Net

I am new to ASP .Net, I have seen some where in microsoft website they are
using TABS in .aspx pages.

Where I can find and use in my ASP .Net project...

Download the IBuySpy examples - I forget which one (I think the portal) but
it uses tabs.
