"Telnet applet" with SCOANSI Function (F key) support

I am on the lookout for an Open src Telnet/SSH Java applet which has
SCO/ANSI Function key support.

I want to incorporate this into an intranet so that a legacy system can
be accessed remotely.

Does an applet with source code exist ? An alternative would be to add F
Key SCO/ANSI support to existing applet code, but would rather not
re-invent the wheel

Can someone suggest an existing applet please ?
