tempuri.org Namespace Prob When Deploying to New Server

I just deployed a web service that had no problems on one box to a new
Windows 2000 server (it was previously running on another Windows 2000
server). On the new box, the web service comes back with the standard
"This web service is using http://tempuri.org/ as its default
namespace." statement. The thing is, the namespace has been changed
quite a while ago, and the service itself runs fine on the old machine
(and doesn't prompt us to change the namespace)..

I've seen many posts about this BUG on this NG, but no solutions. Has
anyone found one yet? Can anyone from Microsoft comment on it?

Thanks.

Following up to my own post, I searched high and low for any reference
to tempuri.org, and there were none in either the registry or in files
that were on the server.

So, I uninstalled the .Net Framework 1.0 and 1.1. Then I downloaded
both of those installs fresh, as well as SP2 for 1.0. After
installing 1.0, 1.1, then SP2 for 1.0, the web services started
working with no problems.
