Test page for ASMX (invoke method)

Is there a way to get Windows Server 2003 to loosen up on the auto-generated
test page for an .ASMX file. At present I can only invoke the method (via
the web-page) from the actual machine that served it.

In my dev scenario my test server is not my code writing server - I was
wondering if I could flick a switch in the config file to make this happen?
