textbox-umlaut-Problem, Windows 2003 server German

Hi,

we have set the initial value of a textbox "tb" to "grün". Note the german
"ü". Accessing the textbox-value via tb.Text gives "grn": The german "ü"
gets lost.

Has anyone ideas how to get the correct value "grün" from tb.Text?
