Thanks to those who gave some advice for adding graphs.....

I decided to build the graph with MS Word, do a screen shot, then edit the
photo in photoshop. The results are adequate for my needs:

I haven't finished the page yet, but this will give you some idea about how
it all looks. I'm a novice at all of this, so there are probably ways to
make it look better....

I thought I'd post it in case anyone else has the same question....
