Does anyone know if there are any technologies out there that allow
collaborating thick client components to be assembled to form custom
thick clients. I'm thinking about a kind of thick client portal
framework that supports tools that go beyond the traditional developer
IDE such that you don't necessarily have to be a programmer to
assemble collaboritive framework-compliant components into custom
clients.
