This is an invalid webresource request

I am occasionally getting this exception in production, and I can't figure
out what it is. I compiled my program in debug mode, but below is the whole
call stack it gives me. Doesn't tell me where in my code the problem
originated.

System.Web.HttpException: This is an invalid webresource request.

System.Web.Handlers.AssemblyResourceLoader.System.Web.IHttpHandler.ProcessRequest(HttpContext
context)

System.Web.HttpApplication.CallHandlerExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute()

Boolean& completedSynchronously)

Is this Asp.Net 2.0 bug, an attach on my website, problem with my code, or
another issue altogether?
