Tildes and accents

Do anyone know how can I do that the Borland C++ Builder 6 interface
(editor) recognizes accents, tildes like "á" (alt+160)???, my e-mail
is (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed), I try with option and
registry settings, but it didn't work...

I appreciate any suggestion...
