Time in seconds since January 1, 1900 00:00 UTC

Given the number of milliseconds since January 1, 1970, we need to
calculate the number of seconds since January 1, 1900 00:00 UTC.
Anybody got any ideas on how to do this?

What about this.

no_of_millis_1970 + ((70*365+no_leap_year*1)*24*60*60*1000)

Or lookup java.util.GregorianCalendar
