    I have an advert on my main site in the form of a script hosted elsewhere.

    <!--START NETWORK ADVERTISEMENT-->
    <script src="http://www.path/banner.cgi"></script>
    <br />
    <!--END NETWORK ADVERTISEMENT-->

    Can I add a timer to that so if the script cannot be found or loaded within
    10 seconds it will continue to load my page as it stops my main homepage
    loading if their server is down ?

    Regards,

    Karl.
