TimeZone StandardName Question

Thanks to some helpful tips (see http://communities2.microsoft.com/c...onet&mid=beab88b9-af00-4deb-9654-ea9aacc048f2) I now have code I can use to get the timezone offset in minutes from a web client connecting to my ASP.NET application and then return a database date/time field to the client in it's own timezone.

But now I'm struggling with the TimeZone class and its StandardName property. I don't see a way to pass a UTC formated date/time object or string into it to produce the standard name for the timezone. My goal is to display the standard name for the client's timezone right next to the date/time of the event from the database that I'm sending to the web client.

Does anyone have any sage advice for this one? If I figure something out, I'll post a follow up message.
