Tomcat 6 +hibernate

Hi

I have a small problem . Beacuse i need to create JPA layer for all .war
files i put a lib with it into the main lib directory of a tomcat. The
problem is witch apache commons logging

Caused by: org.apache.commons.logging.LogConfigurationException: Invalid
class loader hierarchy. You have more than one version of
'org.apache.commons.logging.Log' visible, which is not allowed.

With toplink i have no problem beacuse it uses log4j direclty without
commons . How can i make it run ???
