i've downlaoded tomcat administration how do i install it, i were do i
put all the files

Anywhere you want. I like to keep all my java related stuff in D:\Java and
my Java code elsewhere. I'd check the documentation, they're pretty straight
forward. There's plenty of stuff on the web regarding Tomcat.
