Tomcat as NT service and IIS JSP redirect

I am having some difficulty locating the files ‘jk_nt_service.exe' for
installing tomcat as a service. Many pages I have found directing me
to the tomcat release that I am using (4.01) on the Tomcat binary
distribution page of the Jakarta site and to the directory win32/i386,
which does not seem to exists.

The same can be said for the file ‘isapi_redirect.dll' which I require
to get IIS redirecting JSPs to tomcat.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I spent over two hours going around
in circles of the same group of web sites without any luck.

Anyone got a link to these files? Help and many thanks..

I'm not sure what is going on but

seems to be a good place to start.
Did you install IIS?
