Tomcat error-Could not load Tomcat server configuration

I'm trying to do the simple web app mentioned in
http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/testtutorials/M2/webapptutorial/BuildingAScheduleWebApp.html

however when I try to Right-Click on the .JSP page and do a Run
as->Server, I get a Server Error "Could not load Tomcat server
configuration at \Server\Tomcat V5.0 Server@localhost-config"

Now the web application is not created under ...\Tomcat 5.0\webapps\ Is
this the reason and is it required or am'i missing something here.
