Trigger a sound effect

Hi there,

I would like to trigger a midi sound effekt with html of JS. Goal is to get
notice each time a user enteres the chat. The HTML chat is printing out a
message, I would also like to send some HTML code which playes a short sound
effect.

Does anybody know how to do this?
