Trouble adding web service reference

I have just finished converting a web service to a web application
project in visual studio 2005, using the new add-on tool.

I also have a seperate program that is basically a test harness to
connect to the web services. The test harness has been working fine
using the old web services. Now I am trying to add a web reference in
the test harness, for my web application project. I get an error
saying it is "Unable to download the following file from
http://localhost:3350/Myservice.asmx?wsdl.

Can someone tell me why I am getting that error?
