truncated form POST

    Back in April I posted about a problem we were having with some forms
    being truncated at exactly 1,008 characters. Turns out it was a
    hardware problem. Not sure of the specifics of the hardware, but all
    I know is that we replaced some old network hardware in our production
    environment and the problem went away.
