Not really. You can write your form handler (i.e. the program at the URL
specified in the action attribute) so it does different things depending on
which submit button is clicked (just make sure you give the submit buttons
names and values so you have something to test for).

No, though you could perhaps fudge it with some client-side scripting.
Why not just get the single form action to deal with it?
