type=file.........file name limit

i have a input type

<input STYLE=font-size:10px; type=file name=filePath size=60 >

and i have a file name

Federal police have issued accused terrorist Jack Thomas with a control

issued against Mr fdf.txt

it doesnt seem to select the file at all, but it will select the file
name

Change the filename. Not sure what this has to do with Javascript though.
