Unable to open Asp.Net App

Hi,

I have installed one of the Asp.Net starter kits from www.asp.net

The installation has been successful and the web site works on my local
machine. However, when I try to open the solution and look at the code I am
getting an error :

Unable to get the project file from the web server. Unable to open web
project 'PortalVBVS'. The web 'PortalVBVS' located on server
'http://localhost' does not exist.


I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the same result.
How can I get the solution open ?
