Unable to view images

Hi,
I am developing web pages using eclipse europa.The server I am using
is tomcat.I am running eclipse and tomcat on vista
I was trying to write some HTML files with images.
When I tried to run it on the server[rightclick on the project and
select run on server],the images on the HTML documents were
not displayed .But when I right clicked on the doc and selected open
with
->web brower I am able to see the images,What could be wrong ?.

The directory structure is

+test
|
+Web-Content
|
test.html
|
house.jpg

ie the html file and the picture are in the WebContent directory
