I recently changed the path of a virtual directory on my computer. After
doing this I got an error in my solution stating that the web application
could not be found. So I then copied all of the files from the old location
to the new location and the solution can now find the web application.
However, now when I try to use "get latest version" I get the error:

Unexpected error encountered. It is recommend that you restart the
application as soon as possible.
