    Hi all ,
I have controls on my asp.net page and set their values from DB when page is
first loaded. What I wonder is if there is way to DETECT if the values have
changed by the user. Because , when user clicks update button , the new
values are saved to DB and lastupdate time is updated. But actually , the
values are same with the old ones. I want to prevent this update in DB if
    the values didn't change.

Is there a way to do this on server side?

    Any help is appreciated

    Regards
    Ersin
