Project Lead - JAVA / ORACLE
Job Profile
Through understanding and expertise in the various phases of SDLC
(Right from Requirement Analysis to Deployment).
Programming - Core Java and J2EE technologies (JSP and Servlets),
Junit testing frameworks, Scripting in languages like PERL, Database
programming (SQL, PLSQL, JDBC)
Development under environments like Eclipse/JBuilder on Unix/Linux
platforms
Design/support of high performance client/server applications over
internet
Code coverage and optimization tools like Optimize it.
Internet protocols for email and web-based applications.
Object-Oriented analysis & design; experience with formal
methodologies like UML
Good communication skills; competent to work with teams across
multiple locations
Demonstrated ability of leading a team and motivating them to higher
levels of performance
Should have experience in managing independently projects/sub-systems
from start to finish (requirements formulation to deployment &
support)
Experience: 4 - 6.5 years
Mandatory Skills: Java, J2EE, with OOPS, Struts and PL/SQL.
Optional Skills: HTML, spring, Velocity, ERM, Oracle 10g
features, Oracle Object and
XML types, Deep understanding of the Oracle object oriented features.
Educational Qualifications:
BE/ B.Tech. / M.Tech. / ME/ MCA/ MCS/MS (Any Engineering Graduate,
with Certifications would be added advantage).
